This Throwback Thursday is brought to you from a beautiful June day in 2014. Josh and Sarah’s wedding was one that I had to travel a very long way for. While I was living and serving in Germany I got a message from Sarah asking if it would be possible for me to be their photographer? It took some finagling, but I was able to make it work. And going on three years later I’m still so glad I did! Even though I’m a Columbus Wedding Photographer now, I still love to travel and look forward to future destination weddings.
I was lucky enough to be Sarah’s roommate one summer of college and we connected over our passion for travel, ministry, and missionary kids. Now her and Josh are overseas experience all those things! Its so cool to look back at their wedding day and to now see how God is using their relationship to love others.
I love this one of Sarah’s mom and sister watching her put on her final touches before going to see her soon to be husband. Its these sweet moments that made me fall in love with shooting weddings.
I was in love with theses flowers then and I still am now!
Thank you friends for letting me be a part of your big day! Its still such a special memory for me and I wish you many more joy-filled years of marriage.
This Columbus Wedding Photographer is so excited for this season of couples, love and memories! Looking back on wonderful wedding’s like this one is a strong reminder of why I do what I do. Its all about preserving lasting memories! Whether is for old or new friends, it doesn’t matter. So long as they are able to go back whenever they want to see their first day as husband as wife.
